Reservation, Confirmation, Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Policies

Advance payment: 100% of the tour cost is required at the time of booking.
Bank transfer: The reservation will be confirmed once the payment is verified, which may take up to 21 business days.
Credit card: The reservation is confirmed immediately upon receipt of full payment (100%).

Methods of payment

- Online payment by credit card.
- Bank Deposit 15 days in advance.

Reservations

After a customer has enquired about a tour reservation, we will check again if there are spaces available.

Confirmation

To confirm the services it is necessary to send the following information:
- Name and surname of the passenger.
- Date of birth.
- Passport number.
- Date of arrival and departure from Galapagos.
- Food restrictions and allergies.

Commitment

The passenger agrees to follow the rules established by the Galapagos National Park, and the instructions of the Tour Operator regarding time and meeting points to avoid losing the contracted tour.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation in OFFICE HOURS by sending us:

- 20% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- 50% of the deposit is non-refundable within 29 to 20 days of the start of the tour.
- 100% of the deposit is non-refundable within 19 days or less of the tour start date.

Note: The refound will proceed without the surcharges for the use of the card on the platform.

COVID Cancellation

- The same cancellation policies mentioned above will apply.

Important note:

- Activities and itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, or major causes, orders from the Galapagos National Park, etc. The safety of the passenger comes first.
- The activities carried out by the passenger are under his/her responsibility.
